President Biden is pushing forward with his vaccine mandate that has been blocked repeatedly by the courts. That’s why I’m fighting back.
The Senate passed a bill this week that would repeal Biden’s vaccine mandate. But because Nancy Pelosi is the Speaker of the House, there’s no chance that bill will get a vote.
How do I know this? Because I’ve introduced and supported multiple bills in the House to fight back against this unconstitutional mandate and Pelosi has blocked every one of them.
I introduced the Prevent Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandates for Interstate Commerce Act (H.R. 5418), which would prohibit the Department of Transportation and other federal agencies from requiring proof of vaccination or the use of a vaccine passport to engage in interstate commerce.
I helped introduce H.Res. 587, which would express that Congress disapproves of Department of Defense leadership pursuing adverse actions toward members of the Armed Forces of the United States who choose not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
I helped introduce H.J.Res. 65, which pushes back against the Department of Labor rule that establishes the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate. This bill makes clear the rule will have no force or effect.
And I helped lead a letter to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Director Chiquita Brooks-LaSure and an amicus brief in the case State of Texas et al v. Becerra et al opposing Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
None of these actions have made progress under Speaker Pelosi, which is why we need to take back the House.
Unless we fire Speaker Pelosi, Biden will continue his authoritarian policies unchecked by Congress.
I’m putting all my effort into doing just that. Will you stand with me?
