Following the Supreme Court's recent hearing of a Mississippi law that bans abortion after 15 weeks, we want to hear from you on the status of Roe v. Wade.

 

Further limiting access to safe and legal abortion would disproportionately endanger the health and well being of Black and Latino women and other vulnerable communities.

 

As a fierce advocate for health care access for all, Mayor Lori Lightfoot has served on the boards of pro-choice organizations like NARAL Illinois, and understands the importance of protecting reproductive rights. Mayor Lightfoot will never stop fighting for equal access to reproductive care.

 

Almost 50 years after the Supreme Court first established the constitutional right to abortion care, the fight for reproductive rights is more urgent than ever.
