This week, the Bush Institute released a new report, No Justice: Gender-Based Violence and Migration in Central America, which explores the nexus of Central American migration, regional development, and domestic immigration reform. Gender-based violence affects one in three women worldwide, making it an urgent and important policy challenge. It’s one that’s often excluded from conversations on Central America and immigration reform.

COMING SOON | The Continual Struggle: The American Freedom Movement and the Seeds of Social Change

“The Continual Struggle: The American Freedom Movement and the Seeds of Social Change by artist Brian Washington will open Jan. 17 in Freedom Hall at the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum. A collection that was 13 years in the making, the 25-piece exhibit uses visual art as a way of educating, storytelling, and powerfully recalling an era of protests against injustice and inequality.
