The Supreme Court delivered a ruling that allows the dangerous Texas abortion law to continue. This ruling is a warning that Roe v. Wade is under attack and that reproductive rights are on the line now more than ever.

If the Supreme Court overturns Roe, Michigan could revert back to one of the most restrictive anti-abortion laws in the country. The 1931 law would criminalize abortions as manslaughter in the state.

Right now, Michigan Democrats are fighting to protect reproductive rights in Michigan by overturning anti-abortion laws in case Roe falls.
