John,
BREAKING: Just moments ago, the Supreme Court issued an opinion in the Texas abortion case.
The Supreme Court JUST delivered a major blow to the abortion industry's attack on pro-life laws. First and most importantly, the Texas abortion ban is still in effect – saving numerous lives every day.
While the Court did NOT rule on the constitutionality of the abortion law, THE CASE to overturn Roe v. Wade is still being considered.
The Supreme Court THREW OUT the Biden Administration's challenge but did allow the abortion industry lawsuit against the Texas law banning abortions after 8 weeks to proceed at the trial court level. What does this mean?
It means our work to defend unborn babies in courts nationwide is more important now than ever.
In addition to the Texas case in which we filed a brief, we've been deeply involved in FIVE other crucial pro-life cases in the last few days. And the next court DEADLINE is in JUST THREE DAYS.
But we're up against a major challenge. This is our most critical time of the year, and we're behind our Matching Challenge goal. We need YOU, in this vital moment, NOW MORE THAN EVER. As we go to court, have your gift DOUBLED today.
Double Your Impact: $5 Becomes $10; $20 Becomes $40.
Let me give you an update on where we stand. We've filed THREE briefs (our most ever) to overturn Roe v. Wade and save babies. We're representing a governor and state against Planned Parenthood and just filed our brief in what could be the next big case at the Supreme Court. We were just in federal court this week as we're preparing to begin a new trial to protect those who are saving babies' lives. We just filed a similar lawsuit in another state and the government's reply was due yesterday in court. And in three days, we're filing in a state Supreme Court to defund the abortion industry there.
We've never been busier for life, and we've never been closer to defending unborn babies. We need YOU to take action with us.
Sign Petition: Overturn Roe v. Wade. Defeat Abortion. Save Babies.
