BREAKING: Supreme Court allows near total abortion ban in Texas to remain in effect

John,

The United States Supreme Court has once again refused to block one of the most restrictive abortion bans in the country, meaning abortion access will remain virtually inaccessible for millions of Texans.

Make no mistake: This law is a calculated, unconstitutional attack on reproductive freedom, and the Supreme Court's failure to intervene paves the way for Republicans in state legislatures across the country to follow suit.

The right for Minnesotans to make their own health care decisions is on the ballot next year. Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan are now the last line of defense to protect abortion access in Minnesota.

We can't let one of our anti-choice opponents anywhere near the governor's office. If you can, rush a contribution of $5 or whatever works today to help us defend reproductive rights. We have a tough fight ahead of us, and we need you with us.
