Republicans won’t tell you this, but they are quietly building a team of prominent advocates for privatizing Social Security. It’s the worst kept secret in Washington: Republicans are out to privatize Social Security.

Republicans are working harder than ever behind the scenes to dismantle Social Security. They know it has been a losing policy historically, that’s why they’re working so hard to keep it hidden.
