Throughout 2021, our speakers addressed the most pressing issues in justice reform. From our Community Responder Model to decriminalizing psychedelics and everything in between, LEAP provided the platform for experienced, forward-thinking law enforcement to drive critical reforms into the public consciousness and across the desks of lawmakers.
As police who are working to build a system that is truly just, we know what works and what doesn’t. We also know that we are only as strong as our partnerships with other changemakers – with justice reform and drug policy organizations, with fellow law enforcement, with community stakeholders, and with you.
