Last week, the right-wing Supreme Court indicated they are likely to dismantle Roe v. Wade.
We’re working to hold a pro-choice majority in the House so we can codify Roe and protect peoples’ reproductive freedom.
If Roe v. Wade is overturned in the Supreme Court of the United States, Texas, along with many other states, would immediately outlaw abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest.
We need pro-choice champions like Jessica Cisneros in Congress who will fight off these attacks on our reproductive rights every step of the way.
Henry Cuellar was the only Democrat to vote NO on passing the Women’s Health Protection Act to codify Roe v. Wade.
We can’t trust him to defend our reproductive rights if and when Roe is overturned.
Jessica will ensure that all people have unfettered access to reproductive health care. But first, she needs to win her primary in just a few months.
