We are closely following SCOTUS as they argue over the legality of two abortion bans – arguments that could eventually lead to them dissolving Roe v. Wade and the constitutionally protected right to abortion.

Give now to support our work keeping abortion not only legal, but accessible.

We are outraged not only by the fact that the Supreme Court agreed to hear these arguments, but also by the callous comments being made by some of the justices, most egregiously Amy Coney Barrett’s remarks that a person can simply give their baby up for adoption thereby erasing the need for abortion. [1]

Adoption is not an alternative to abortion.

We’ve been sounding the alarm for years that the “pro-life” movement uses adoption coercively to talk people out of abortion, stripping birth parents of rights, discriminating against LGBTQ parents, and enriching themselves along the way. [2]

We must keep calling them out for these horrific and deceptive practices.
