The court that Trump made is now hearing a case brought by the state of Mississippi that is challenging Roe v. Wade and the reproductive freedom it guarantees for women.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett had a line of questioning that implied the existence of “safe haven” locations for abandoning babies might make it ok to end the protections enshrined in Roe v. Wade .
