After our email earlier this week asking Ohioans to call Fox News and write to Tucker Carlson about their provably unfair, and I think illegal, efforts to elect JD Vance as the next U.S. Senator from Ohio, last night Tucker Carlson went ALL IN for Vance and against YOU. Tucker Carlson did a full five minute segment with Charlie Kirk on how unfair it was that the group Club for Growth is running ads in Ohio showing JD Vance, in his own words, just trashing President Trump when the Club for Growth did the same in the past. Boohoo Tucker!!! What does one have to do with the other? Guess what the other candidates are running similar ads - ON TUCKER'S SHOW LOCALLY - and they did not trash Trump in the past!
Perhaps Tucker was so panicked because in the statewide poll our organization is currently conducting, their buddy JD Vance is currently in 4th place with only 10% of the vote after ALL that Carlson and FoxNews have already done trying to promote Vance! Notice Tucker nor Charlie Kirk ever said the ads were inaccurate? They just claimed they were "unfair" because Vance has changed his position on Trump . . . while Tucker and Charlie were in fact the ones being unfair to ALL the other Ohio Senate Candidates and to ALL Ohio Primary Republican Voters with their shameless promotion of Vance.
Tucker laughably says "their is nothing personal about this . . . but I am just trying to get to the bottom of this enduring mystery". Yea, nothing personal. Give me a break. Charlie Kirk then says that Club for Growth should tell people that "JD Vance is for crushing the corporate oligarchy, restricting immigration, and making America self sufficient, most Ohioans would agree with JD Vance." Guess what Charlie, JD Vance has $10,000,000 of Peter Thiel's money to spend on TV ads - where are the JD Vance ads making his case? He doesn't need them because Tucker Carlson is doing it for him!
But it gets pathetically worse! At the end of the segment, Tucker announces that he just interviewed JD Vance for an hour special for his podcast on FoxNation.com and as Tucker said "You should watch it!" Yea, you should watch JD Vance fielding softball questions from his friend Tucker Carlson, as they try to convince you to ignore those other candidates. Instead of wasting your time being propagandized by FoxNews, I strongly suggest you watch the Ohio Press Network Debate Video where you can see not only Vance but ALL the other U.S. Senate candidates having the same opportunity to explain their positions to Ohio Republican voters.
I know Charlie Kirk personally, and was one of the first to help him when he started out. Our organization is a substantial donor to Turning Point USA and he will hear from me personally about his endorsement of Vance and his interference in the Ohio Election.
You can call FoxNews and write to Tucker Carlson if you like, but after last night, it is pretty clear that they will ignore you. See they obviously know better than you who you should vote for . . . even though they haven't spent a minute looking at any of the other great candidates we have running! I just ask that you share this email with anyone you know in Ohio who watches FoxNews. Here is the Truth about JD Vance. Share it and then get to work researching ALL the Ohio U.S. Senate candidates so YOU can make your own decision about who to vote for in the May 2022 Republican Primary!
