Watching our Palm Beach Gardens Town Council The December 2nd Palm Beach Gardens City Council meeting had more attendance and resident participation than has been seen in quite awhile. The two agenda items drawing public comment and engendering the most council discussion were the PGA National Resort Core modifications and the Council initiated resolution banning Balloons and Confetti products on City property. Click here for PBG Watch post Or click to watch live or after the meeting at [link removed] Watching our Jupiter Town Council Town Council Meeting was held on Dec 7th. Key vote was for the new interim Town Manager who was given a 30-day rolling contract. Public concerns with the contract as written and passed were: difficult to terminate contract without significant payout, monthly allowance for phone and car when these expenses are covered in other ways, and no council oversight on expenses. The concerns raised about the contract were disregarded. RUBIN YOUNG CANDIDATE FOR CD-23 JOIN THE GUARINA TORRES CAMPAIGN STATE HOUSE DISTRICT 88 FROM RIVIERA BEACH TO DELRAY BEACH THE TORRES CAMPAIGN IS UNDERWAY JOIN US! Republican Guarina Torres of Delray Beach is the Republican nominee for the Florida House District 88 Special Election to be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, and it’s full steam ahead! District 88 has been run by do-nothing Democrats for a decade—and it shows. As Guarina often says, “we need to elect representatives who will fight for Governor Ron Desantis, rather than fight against him. And I will fight to keep Florida free!” Guarina is an accomplished member of the Palm Beach County community and has the strongest background and skill sets of anyone in the field. Did you know that Guarina was a volunteer at Trump Headquarters in NYC at Trump Tower? That’s right. She’s an OG Trumper—and she needs your support. Please be generous with your time and money and make a donation at www.VoteGuarinaTorres.com. She has been endorsed by Palm Beach Patriots. Check it out at www.PalmBeachPatriots.com. Ms. Torres is a passionate, deeply religious, conservative, Latina mother of four wonderful adult children, and has an impressive resume as both an educator in the Palm Beach County school system and as a small business owner. Having worked in the banking industry, she has real insight into the importance of effective money management during these turbulent and uncertain times and the importance of keeping taxes and fees low in support of working families! She understands the process of effective governing having worked as a legislative agent and a union representative. Guarina was born in Puerto Rico. She is a graduate of CW Post University in Brookville, New York and holds a Masters Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Visit her website at www.VoteGuarinaTorres.com and make a donation or sign up to volunteer—or both! Campaigns are fun, and Guarina is the only Republican in the entire State of Florida running for state office on March 8—so now’s your chance! For more information, For more information, please call Mary-Ellen Manning at (978) 648-0658 or

From early recordings with Rudy Perez and Joel Numa, to Bryan Todd, to Skidd Mills, Monique has only worked with the best. Continuing in the tradition of excellence, in 2020 Monique further upped the ante by adding the legendary “Hit Man” arranger Charles Calello to her team, bringing sophistication, undeniable hit pedigree, and elegance back to country. In 2018 her single “Feel like Florida” got airplay on 42 stations worldwide. Further increasing appeal to international dancefloors, she teamed up with Number 1 Billboard Remixer/ Producers Mr. Mig, Mike Cruz and Austin Leeds who between them have over 50+ Number 1 Club Play Chart toppers. The song also is the official theme song of the radio show, “Stirrin it Up with Anita,” featured weekly on 95.9/106.9 FM’s West Palm/ Treasure Coast.
