Key vote was for the new interim Town Manager who was given a 30-day rolling contract. Public concerns with the contract as written and passed were: difficult to terminate contract without significant payout, monthly allowance for phone and car when these expenses are covered in other ways, and no council oversight on expenses. The concerns raised about the contract were disregarded.
