“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.“ (Matt 9:36-37)

As AE enters it’s 60th year, we want to thank you for transforming hundreds of thousands of people’s lives through mission and development activities.

Africa remains highly vulnerable to disease, starvation, corruption and war, however AE acts as a catalyst to mobilise churches to assist and care for their communities by uniting them in love.

In our mission to evangelise the cities of Africa in word and deed, we follow in the footsteps of Jesus, who went through town and villages teaching and proclaiming the good news mobilising workers every step of the way.

We invite you to continue praying that the Lord would be glorified through His work in the harvest field and that through our programs we will continue to point the way to Jesus and glorify God.

Your assistance and prayer are helping people like Olive, who as a single mother of four children has been suffering in isolation as covid hit. AE introduced her to a ‘ self help’ program that taught her farming skills to feed her family and transform her community.

"Before, people with disabilities had to hide and we were alone. But now we can come forward and live among other people. We have self-respect."

Thank you so much for giving the gift of life to people like Olive as we lead up to Christmas. You make such a difference and we really appreciate all you make possible.
