When I entered this race, I did so because I believe I can help make western Wisconsin a better place and represent the interests of all my constituents, whether they voted for me or not.
My opponent, Derrick Van Orden, on the other hand, does not share our values. He was at the January 6th insurrection, attempting to violently overturn our election results.
Make no mistake about it. I am running to keep a Capitol Insurrectionist out of Congress.
But I can’t do it without a strong grassroots base. Van Orden has already raised over $1,000,000. So even though we have had a strong start to our campaign, I really need your help once again.

Here’s the situation: My opponent isn’t mounting some long-shot bid for this seat.
He came within a couple thousand votes of winning in 2020. And we’ve seen extreme Republicans like him already win in elections in 2021.
But I know we can beat him.
As long as we have the resources to talk to voters, put up ads, and make sure everyone knows who will truly represent their values in Washington, we can beat our Capitol Insurrectionist opponent.
