There’s been a lot of buzz in the news lately about whether the Supreme Court might overturn Roe v. Wade -- or at least significantly limit abortion rights in the United States.

I want to make sure you know where I stand on this issue.

As a mother and public health expert, I believe all women deserve the right to a safe, legal abortion. As a Montanan, I stand by our state’s proud history supporting the right to privacy. We respect freedom and privacy. It’s in our bones, it’s our way of life. This is an assault on our rights and freedoms.

I think it's shameful that today's GOP would both undercut policies like paid family leave and comprehensive reproductive care, while still pushing forced pregnancy and birth. It’s hypocritical and we deserve better.

If elected, I’d be the only pro-choice woman representing Montana at the federal level. And you can bet I'll do everything in my power to defend a woman's right to choose and receive access to quality health care.

Can I count on you to give a donation to protect reproductive freedom in Montana and across the country? This is a fight we cannot afford to lose.
