It's because of the Congressional Progressive Caucus that we were able to pass a rescue plan that put Americans back to work, eased the financial burden for millions of working families, and helped small businesses recover in the wake of COVID. It's because of the Progressive Caucus that the new infrastructure bill improves accessibility for public transit and makes critical investments in green technology. And it's because of the Progressive Caucus that we're on track to pass the Build Back Better Act (over the opposition of countless special interests) to strengthen the middle class, expand childcare, and lower the cost of housing.
We are at a pivotal moment in this country and the Progressive Caucus is leading the charge to create an economy that works for all of us, championing policies that will uplift every single American. I'm honored to receive an endorsement from the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC and I look forward to the opportunity to continue working with my colleagues in the caucus to rebuild our economy so that it is stronger, more equitable, and rooted in worker and climate justice.
