are pursuing lawsuits against COLORADO, ILLINOIS, NORTH CAROLINA and
PENNSYLVANIA over voter list-related issues. And last month, we filed
“warning letters” against 14 counties and five states regarding
evident violations of the National Voter Registration Action. We will
sue them if they donot correct these violations in a timely fashion.

* TO USE STATE OPEN RECORDS LAWS AND THE COURTS TO EXPOSE THE ABUSE
OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS TO PROMOTE “CRITICAL RACE THEORY” PROPAGANDA.
We forced the release of “smoking gun” documents in MARYLAND,
MASSACHUSETTS and VIRGINIA showing American students being
indoctrinated at taxpayer expense in this racist, hateful, Marxist and
profoundly un-American theory. We are now expanding these
investigations into other jurisdictions.
