Why is a Democratic Congress and a Democratic President increasing
military spending? Last year, Trump got an already massive $738 billion
for the U.S. military. Now, Democrats want $768 billion for the military.

169 Democrats in the U.S. House just voted with Republicans to throw
billions more at defense contractors, weapons, and war. The Democratic
establishment has learned nothing from decades of trillion dollar wars and
disinvestment in housing, education, and the social safety net.

fight for Medicare for All and a Green New Deal, not a military budget in

bill that gives away billions to war, weapons manufacturers, and
corporations who lobby for more war.

Some of the corporate Democrats we’re running against voted for this $768
billion defense bill. They voted for more military spending under Trump
too.
