Dear Friend,

My name is Fentrice Driskell, and I’ve been representing Tampa in the Florida House since I flipped District 63 blue in 2018. I’m proud to fight everyday to protect the freedom of Floridians in my district and across our state to be healthy, prosperous, and safe. My priority is to protect our working families and children, while bringing common-sense solutions to the state legislature.

Governor DeSantis and his administration have proven time and again that they’re willing to risk the rights, health, and safety of Floridians to achieve political gain. They’ve attacked our right to organize and our reproductive rights. And just recently, the governor announced a dangerous and costly special session aimed at punishing businesses that ask their employees to wear masks just to keep their workers and customers safe.

We need more strong, Democratic women in the Florida Senate and House standing up for what’s right. And we need to protect incumbents like me who are going to be in tight races next year.
