Arena Community,
On Sunday we celebrated our five-year anniversary 🎉. In honor of our anniversary, I want to share with you our top five downloads from the Arena Toolbox.
We created Arena Toolbox to stop brain drain between campaign cycles and provide just-in-time solutions to campaign staff and candidates facing challenges on the ground.
Since we created the Arena Toolbox in August 2018, its tools have been downloaded more than 33,000 times.

Here are the top five most downloaded Arena Toolbox tools

🗒️ Campaign Plan
The Campaign Plan template brings together the essential elements of a campaign into a single document that you can refer to and adapt from now until election day. This is a great place to start if you don’t know where to start. In this tool you’ll find a video, podcast, and worksheet.

💰 Campaign Budget
Our budget template is an essential tool for any campaign. Used in tandem with your campaign plan, the budget will help you allocate resources from now until Election Day. This tool can also be helpful in establishing fundraising benchmarks based on the needs of the campaign.
|
📈 Pathway to Victory Snapshot
The Pathway to Victory Snapshot will help you calculate your pathway to victory and set the foundation for your campaign’s voter turnout, persuasion, and voter registration programs. The Snapshot draws information from voter files, past election results, and polling data to show you what would likely happen if the election were held today.
After you have completed the Snapshot, you will be able to determine: 1) how to get to your win number; 2) which groups of voters you need to prioritize for turnout; 3) which segments of the population you need to prioritize for persuasion; and 4) opportunities to expand the electorate via voter registration.

💸 Finance Plan
From call time to email, this tracker will help you set expectations on projected amounts you can raise versus actual dollar amounts raised so you can compare the effectiveness of different sources of revenue.

📚 Glossary of Campaign Terms
It has come to our attention that campaigners use a lot of jargon. We hope the definitions in this glossary will help you to build your campaign vocabulary and successfully navigate a world where “universe” refers to a list of voters, and not the cosmos. If, in your work, you come across a term that is not defined here, get in touch and we’ll add it to our glossary.
