North Carolina’s Supreme Court HALTS Candidate Filing and POSTPONES 2022 Primaries

We already knew the GOP’s legislative maps weren’t fair, John.

Now, the NC Supreme Court has halted candidate filing under the GOP’s district lines and pushed back our primaries by more than a month while the lower courts review the maps.
