As the year draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment and reach out to you with an important request: let us know how we're doing. On a regular basis, our team evaluates our office's policies and procedures to ensure we are best serving you, the people of Chester and Berks counties. While we welcome your feedback all year long, you may have noticed we also send periodic, proactive surveys to ask for your input on ways we can improve. We hope you have a few moments to take our final survey of 2021 - it would help us tremendously, and I'll tell you why.
We read every one of your responses (yes, all of them!) and take action based on your recommendations. We have worked hard since our last survey to improve, but I firmly believe we can always do better! To date, your feedback has resulted in changes to our operations that have led to faster responses to calls and emails, clearer information on our website, and faster processing of new casework. We are here to serve you and we want to be the best at it.
