Tonight, a family of six Afghan refugees whose journey began at the Kabul Airport in August, will be arriving here at their new home in Tampa Bay.

These folks are our allies and friends, I'm committed to making sure we welcome them and to helping them successfully integrate into their new life.

I'm personally donating to help get them on their feet, and I was hoping you would join me in doing this same! Legally, this is NOT a campaign contribution, there's no ActBlue, but our local refugee resettlement team here is Lutheran Services and they are willing to make sure this family gets the support that you send.
