Yesterday we sent out a list of Laura's accomplishments as governor, and John -- we didn't want to risk it getting lost in your inbox. For the last three years, we've made huge steps under Laura's administration and 2022 will be no different.

We can't risk moving our state backwards, and that's exactly what will happen if Derek Schmidt defeats Laura in November. Take a look at what we've accomplished since she took office, then pitch in $5 or more to help us hit our upcoming end-of-year fundraising deadline before our FIRST public filing deadline.

Subject: As the year draws to an end

Hey team,

With the end of the year only weeks away, we're reflecting on Laura's accomplishments as governor since her election and what they mean for Kansas' future.

Under Laura's leadership this year, we accomplished so much. Together, we:

* Brought in over $7.5 billion dollars in new business investment into the state, more than any governor through the first term;
* Fully funded our public schools for three years in a row after nearly a decade of underfunding;
* Created more than 30,000 new jobs and brought the unemployment rate to 3.9%;
* Vetoed divisive and hateful anti-trans legislation;
* Sent $50 million in emergency pay to frontline nurses to keep Kansans safe during the pandemic;
* Formed the Safer Classrooms Workgroup to inform parents, teachers, and students after the rise of the Delta variant and to help get vaccines into kids arms;
* Created the Office of Child Advocate, an independent oversight agency to protect children in foster care.

Laura's leadership has protected Kansans, fueled our economy, begun repairing our infrastructure, and funded our education system. And she's not done working for us yet. As we enter the election year, it's more important than ever before to hit every single fundraising goal we set because if we lose, it will mean an end to all of the progress we've made so far.

We're facing our first public filing deadline of Laura's re-election campaign at the end of the year, and we need your help to ensure we stay on track to report a strong number. Will you show Laura you're on her side by making a donation of $5 or more right now?
