Critical Resistance Portland Completes Monumental Prisoner Solidarity Project to "Write Them All" in Oregon State Prisons
Throughout 2021, Critical Resistance chapters from the Pacific Northwest to the Northeast have been working hard to strengthen solidarity with imprisoned people and fight imprisonment.
Critical Resistance PDX celebrates the completion of a monumental lift coordinating hand-written letters to everyone imprisoned in Oregon state prisons. The "Write Them All" project helped spark critical inside-outside conversations about the abolitionist movement, the organizing we need to do to achieve collective liberation, and connected thousands of imprisoned people to essential resources from political education materials and legal advocacy tools to stimulus checks and vaccination information.
