The Women’s and Fair Practices Department has partnered with FSED this winter to offer free monthly 2 ½-hour webinars on a variety of EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) topics. Upcoming topics include:

November (November 5^th or 21^st): Hostile Work Environment Harassment and Sexual Harassment
This webinar dives into the specifics of hostile work environment and sexual harassment, covering the essential elements of an allegation, agency policy and procedures, and best practices for proving allegations before the EEOC.

December (December 3^rd or 10^th): Removal and Discipline
This webinar covers adverse actions, defending members against proposed adverse action/removal, Douglas Factors, and the difference between performance-based discipline and conduct-based discipline.
