Why host an intern? BAHP is aimed at creating a more inclusive and diverse talent pool of housing development project managers. Modeled after the highly successful Rural West Internship Program of the California Coalition for Rural Housing (CCRH), BAHIP helps the affordable housing and community development field ensure that we reflect the diverse needs, views, and talents of our Bay Area communities. By advancing leaders of color in our movement, we take concrete action toward racial equity and inclusion within our industry. As a host agency, you will support the crucial mission of racial equity and inclusion while benefiting from the unique insights and contributions of our BAHIP interns. |
