This is important, team — access to abortion is in serious danger.
Recently, the Supreme Court heard arguments on a Mississippi case that directly challenges Roe v. Wade. If overturned, this could wipe out access to reproductive health care in states with Republican-led legislatures across the country, including Nevada.
This rollback of our constitutional rights is a dangerous attack on reproductive health and economic freedom. In this case, I filed a legal brief to the Supreme Court explaining why Mississippi’s law is unconstitutional, harmful, and inequitable. I wanted to make sure that Nevadans who are deeply opposed to these extreme efforts to restrict individual access to reproductive health care will have their voice heard at the Supreme Court.
No matter how SCOTUS rules in this case, I will never stop fighting to protect reproductive rights. If you're with me, add your name and recommit to our fight to protect our reproductive freedoms:
As Nevada’s Attorney General, I will always defend access to health care. And I will use every legal tool available to ensure that anyone, no matter where they live, can exercise their right to reproductive freedom.
Thanks for standing with me,
Aaron
