Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins was confirmed this afternoon as Massachusetts' next top federal law enforcement official thanks to Vice President Kamala Harris using her position to break a Senate deadlock.
"Rachael Rollins is one of the preeminent legal arsonists in the country. She is wholly unfit to serve as a U.S. Attorney."
Thanks to the Democrats, Rollins and her "do not prosecute" list is now Massachusetts U.S. District Attorney. She will be in charge of running an office of 200 federal prosecutors.
Buried in the list of offenses her current office refuses to prosecute is a memorandum reminding employees to "immediately notify" her if federal officials have issued detainers for illegal aliens due to appear in court as part of an effort to flout federal immigration laws.
As the state's top federal law enforcement official, you can bet this won't bode well for communities already plagued by the illegal and devastating opioid trade.
