Reproductive rights are in serious jeopardy, John.

Last week, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case regarding Mississippi's abortion ban. The ruling in this case could undo Roe v. Wade and roll back reproductive rights for millions of Americans.

While we won't know the outcome for several months, Kim is fighting back now to ensure reproductive rights are protected and prevent states from enacting medically unjustified barriers to accessing abortion care. As the only woman doctor in Congress, she has led on the Women’s Health Protection Act, which has passed the House and would codify Roe v. Wade into law. Are you with her?

Add your name right away to join Kim in the fight to defend reproductive rights.

Supreme Court signals support for Mississippi 15-week abortion ban with Roe v. Wade in balance
-- USA Today, 12/1/21

Team,

The Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization earlier this week -- a case that could decide the fate of Roe v. Wade. With a 6-3 conservative majority on the Court, it's clear that our reproductive rights are in serious danger.

Republicans see this case as the opportunity they've been waiting for to roll back abortion rights for millions of Americans. Already this year, Republicans in state legislatures across the country have passed restrictive abortion legislation at a record pace, and if the Supreme Court ruling overturns Roe, access to a safe and legal abortion would be banned or limited in 22 states overnight.

We can't let that happen.

As the only pro-choice woman doctor in Congress, Kim knows how important it is that every person has access to the reproductive health care they need. That's why she was proud to help pass the Women's Health Protection Act to protect Roe and block states from enacting medically unjustified barriers to accessing abortion care.

Kim will always fight to ensure these deeply personal decisions remain between a patient and their doctor only -- but we need the Senate to act.

If you agree we need to act now to defend reproductive rights, join Kim by adding your name today >>

Thanks,

Team Schrier
