Dear ,

Last month, the House of Representatives passed the transformational Build Back Better bill -- without Nicole Malliotakis’ help or support. That’s because she voted WITH Big Pharma and AGAINST Build Back Better.

Here’s what Build Back Better Does for Your Healthcare:

  • Make sure no one pays more than $35/month on insulin copays. Insulin has tripled in cost over the past decade because pharmaceutical corporations are working together to raise prices. Build Back Better would stop that.

  • Medicare will be able to negotiate prices on 30 of the most expensive drugs. It is the pathway to negotiating lower prices on all drugs.

  • Drug prices will not increase faster than the rate of inflation. Over the last ten years, drug prices rose at a rate 3x faster than inflation. Build Back Better would fine drug companies for raising their prices faster than general inflation rates.

  • Cap out-of-pocket prescription drug spending for Medicare recipients. No Medicare recipients will pay more than $2000 a year for their prescription medications, saving millions of older Americans from having to choose between buying their medications and paying for other necessities, like rent or their mortgage.

The high costs of prescription drugs make so many of us feel like we’re getting mugged at the pharmacy counter. When so many people in NY-11 would benefit from Build Back Better, why did Nicole Malliotakis side with Big Pharma instead?

Simple: she doesn’t care about our district or the people who live here. Chip in now to help us defeat Malliotakis in 2022.>>

Look, we can’t do this without you. Nicole has all the conspiracy theorists sending money her way because she’s one of them. If we want to take back this district and restore civility, it’s up to us.
