People For Supporter,
I’m writing to you today about the urgency and importance of your renewed support as we head into 2022 – one of the most critical years ever for the very survival of our American democracy. Here’s what we are facing:
Our voting rights are under attack.
With razor-thin majorities, control of both houses of Congress is at stake in the 2022 midterms.
There’s an extremely high likelihood of a Supreme Court vacancy next year, and
The Far Right has seized control of the Republican Party – turning to increasingly violent rhetoric to tear down the foundations of our democracy.
We've asked you a few times to renew your People For membership early, and we're growing concerned because, as of right now we are behind the pace we need to stay on track with our goal.
All donations by 12/31 will be 3X-MATCHED!
We need members like you standing with us and we need financial resources in the bank, because the work to protect our voting rights, save our congressional majorities, and score crucial progressive victories in the New Year is already underway.
We're in the midst of building critical infrastructure for next year, and determining the level of resources we'll be able to dedicate to both time-tested and new, innovative electoral programs to support progressive candidates next year.
