Though the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the availability of vaccines and boosters as well as the standards of masking and social distancing give us critical tools allowing us to slowly (and safely!) get back to in-person actions.
We are entering a time of unprecedented attacks on abortion access. It is more important than ever to show up in body and spirit whenever possible. We had a presence outside the Supreme Court on November 1 as they debated the outrageous Texas 6-week abortion ban and were there again on December 1 as they heard arguments on Mississippi’s law that bans abortion after the 15th week of pregnancy. And we are gearing up now to return in the new year for our annual counter-protest of the anti-abortion “March for Life.”
