Democrats Fear Steep Losses in 2022 Midterm House Races
— Wall Street Journal
John,
This headline is true — as DCCC Frontline Chair, it’s part of my job to determine how much we need to be concerned about holding the House for Democrats. And, to be frank, there’s a lot up in the air with the midterms.
We’re facing redistricting, voter suppression, and disinformation in the lead up to 2022 — and with California losing a congressional seat, I am personally at stake. We don’t know exactly what my own district will look like, but we do know I am going to have to introduce myself to thousands of new voters.
John: At the end of this month is our last Federal Election Commission (FEC) filing deadline until the main thrust of the election year. We can’t afford to look weak at this critical moment. My team aims to raise $2K on digital this week to stay on pace for a strong report. Will you rush $20 now to help?

Look: I’m not interested in culture wars, disinformation, or power for power’s sake. My Democratic colleagues and I are in Congress because we’re committed to making things better for the American people.
We’ve just passed our historic infrastructure bill that will make investments in reliable, green transit options, lead-free water systems, higher-speed internet, repairing our roads and bridges — and even more!
These are monumental steps for our country that wouldn’t have been possible without our Democratic majority.
The midterm elections will be here before you know it, so can you chip in $20 now to help us fight back against anything the GOP throws our way?

Be well,
