Hundreds of you have expressed your concern, fear, and justifiable anger over the threat of federal vaccine mandates taking away your employment and livelihood.

While the Biden Administration continues to pursue mandates, I want you to know immediately that a federal court has BLOCKED vaccine mandates for federal contractors. This decision suspends the federal requirement that the mandate exist. A contractor may still choose to impose mandates (even though they shouldn’t), but the federal government may not.

I’ve enclosed this link for you to review the decision by the federal court.

I will continue my work in congress against vaccine mandates and I thank you for your feedback and input.
