The coordinated assault on parental rights is radicalizing at a breakneck pace.

 

It started with the infiltration of local schools with Leftist radicals who
want to exclude PARENTS from deciding what schools teach.

 

Then they introduced curriculum with strong liberal biases....

 

And NOW? They’re forcing radically Marxist, and highly sexualized curriculum
on kids in every state across the country.

 

You might remember seeing headlines of former Virginia Governor Terry
McAuliffe saying he didn’t think parents should have any say in what schools
taught!

 

But it became truly terrifying when the DOJ started targeting concerned
parents' homes following their peaceful protests at local school boards.

 

Not only are they creating excuses to intimidate parents with law enforcement,
but now they’re breaking their own rules!

 

Every other year, the Virginia Department of Health administers the “Virginia
Youth Survey,” which is given at approximately 160 middle and high schools
(grades 6-12) to approximately 10,000 students. 

 

The survey includes detailed questions about a student’s sexual activity.

 

For example, here are a few of the question on the survey:

By statute, school officials must notify parents that their kids are going to
be given the survey, at least 30 days in advance.

 

But at Loudoun Valley High School in Loudoun County, Virginia, parents didn’t
know about the survey untilafter their kids were told to answer the questions!

 

And if that wasn’t bad enough, students were lead to believe that their
participation was compulsory – directly contrary to what the law requires.

 

However, the school system decided to completely ignore this rule.

 

Well, that’s where the Center for American Liberty is stepping in.

 

We need to ensure this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!

 

That’s why we’re sending them a letter notifying them of our intent to sue if
they do not immediately provide adequate assurances, they will follow the law
to the LETTER going forward.

 

John, this would never have happened if they had simply followed the law.

 

This issue is more important than ever, and the Left has never been more
aggressive about taking your children’s education out of your hands entirely.
