Friend -- You deserve to get the healthcare you need, regardless of your income, medical history, immigration status, or zip code. Over the past year and a half, the disparities in our system have become clearer than ever. It’s unacceptable -- and I’m working to fix it. This year, the American Rescue Plan made crucial changes to the Affordable Care Act, and the Build Back Better Act will reduce prescription drug prices and expand Medicare. But although these changes are important, they still fall short of universal coverage for every American. I’m proud to be an original co-sponsor of Medicare for All in the House and to mentor and support young leaders who will join me in the fight for healthcare justice. But I can’t do it without you. Can I count on your support to ensure I have the resources I need to to fight for every American’s right to care -- in Congress and in the upcoming elections?
