More than 45 million people owing more than $1.8 trillion: That’s the student loan debt crisis in America. With one swipe of the pen, President Biden could cancel that debt and free a generation of people from the crushing burden of student loan debt.

Unless Biden cancels student debt now, loan payments will begin again on February 1st.

Can you add your name to our call for President Biden to take action and end student debt before 2/1/22? The White House can’t wait any longer to help the people. It’s just a swipe of the pen for so much debt relief.

At Justice Democrats, we firmly believe in an Economy for All — an important part of this position is canceling student loan debt. Tens of millions of people in America are held back by mountains of student debt. The $1.8 trillion of student loan debt deepens the racial and class divide in this country, and deepens the struggle felt by so many households.

President Biden and his entire administration has a chance to change all of that. Biden has the power to do it. And we need him to use that power now.

John, can you sign on to our action urging President Biden to cancel student loan debt immediately. Millions will have to start repaying their burdensome student loans on 2/1/22 if he does nothing.
