John,

I’m reaching out today because my colleague Carolyn Maloney (NY-12) and I need your help fighting to hold battleground seats that are vital to maintaining our Democratic House majority in 2022.

Can I count on you to split a donation of $25 or more between Carolyn and I to give us the resources we need to hold our seats?

Carolyn paved the way for women in Congress -- from the start of her career in public service, she has consistently fought for equality for all women. Now, she’s the first Chairwoman of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, and was the first Chairwoman of the Joint Economic Committee.

Carolyn has authored and passed more than 74 measures in Congress, but increasing polarization in Congress is making it much more difficult to make progress and deliver for the American people.

Carolyn is a seasoned negotiator and knows how to make a deal and find a consensus, which is why we need to keep her voice in Congress. Carolyn also knows how critical my seat is to keeping the House majority. She spent her teenage years in Virginia Beach and visits family here frequently.

As I like to say, we are two Hampton Roads women with tough races ahead, but I know that we can stand up to the GOP and defend our seats with your help. Will you pitch in a split donation of $25 or whatever you can between Carolyn and I today?
