It's happening. Democrats found a three judge panel willing to
throw out North Carolina's congressional map because it was too
favorable to Republicans.

Behind it all is Barack Obama's Attorney General, Eric
Holder. Holder has led the attack from his position at the
National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC), a liberal
group whose mission is to steal Conservative seats in Congress.

But it gets worse...earlier this year, Obama merged his group
Organizing for Action with Holder and the NDRC.

It's pretty clear what's happening. They know they can't
beat us fairly at the ballot box, so they're using activist
judges to stack the deck in their favor.




Earlier this year, they went after my friend and colleague Rep.
Jim Jordan, and now, they're coming after me!

The NDRC is going after Republicans in Florida, Georgia, North
Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and New York.
