NGP VAN will be conducting a phone system upgrade on Friday, December 10th from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm Eastern. Due to requirements from our upstream phone provider, they cannot perform this work at a different time of day. While our provider does not anticipate any interruption in service, we want to alert you in case you experience any difficulty in attempting to call us during the upgrade work.
We will be monitoring voicemails and returning any messages upon completion of the work and will continue to be reachable via email and through our in-app Support Request system.
