Heritage President: China Unfit to Host 2022 Olympics – While the administration’s diplomatic boycott is certainly a welcome and necessary step, this should be the absolute bare minimum when it comes to holding China accountable for its malfeasance. A diplomatic boycott ensures that U.S. government officials will not tacitly condone Beijing's horrific human rights violations and myriad other ways that China is undermining international security and economic freedom, while still ensuring the safe participation of American athletes in the most prestigious international sporting event. The Biden administration should be mobilizing a bipartisan, international coalition across governments and civil society to increase transparency at the International Olympic Committee, amplify coverage of human rights violations, and encourage athletes to stand in solidarity with those suffering at the hands of the CCP. DOJ Has No Evidence TX Voters Are Being Denied Access – Given its record, the public should be suspicious and highly skeptical of any claims made by the partisan Garland Justice Department over Texas redistricting plans supposedly violating the Voting Rights Act. The DOJ has produced no evidence that any voters in Texas are being denied access to the political process. Federal courts will require the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department to produce actual evidence of discrimination and will not look favorably on a partisan use of the Voting Rights Act to further the political objectives of the political allies of the Biden administration. The Biden Administration Is Set To Make Dangerous Abortion Pills More Widely Available – Chemical abortions subject women to serious health and safety risks, and abandoning current FDA safety measure will endanger women even further.
