Border Patrol Starts Fiscal Year Arresting Thousands of
Illegal Immigrants from Africa, Middle East
The crisis along the Mexican
border continues full throttle in the new fiscal year with one Border
Patrol sector encountering tens of thousands of illegal immigrants from
dozens of countries—including Africa and the Middle East—in the first
month. The new government figures show a scary trend among migrants
entering the country through the famously porous southern border. In
October alone, the first month of fiscal year 2022, the Border Patrol’s
Del Rio Sector in Texas reported 28,111 illegal aliens from more than 50
countries. They include Syria, Lebanon, Eritrea, Uzbekistan, and
Tajikistan, a central Asian nation that borders Afghanistan, which is
controlled by the Taliban after the abrupt exit of U.S. troops earlier this
year.

Judicial Watch Investigation: Yes, Virginia, Critical
Race Theory is in Your Schools—and in Schools Across
America
As parental concern mounted over
racial indoctrination in local schools during the recent Virginia
gubernatorial race, a mantra emerged from the Democrat camp and the media:
Critical Race Theory had “never been taught” in Virginia schools.
That’s from then-Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe, who in case anyone
missed the point, added that the concerns about CRT were nothing but a
“racist dog whistle.” The media agreed. Critical Race Theory is “not
part of classroom teaching in Virginia,” reported the New York Times.
Axios managing editor Margaret Talev said on CNN’s “Inside Politics,
“let’s just say for the record in case anyone doesn’t know, they
don’t teach Critical Race Theory to kids in kids’ K-12 schools.
That’s not a thing anywhere in the country, including Virginia.” The
claim was repeated elsewhere on CNN. It was dogma over at MSNBC.

National Review
The trial commenced this week in Crest v. Padilla, a lawsuit
filed by Judicial Watch to enjoin California
from requiring that publicly held corporations headquartered in
California include at least one director who “self-identifies” as a

FITTON: Why
Absolutely No One Is Surprised Hillary Clinton’s Influence-Peddling
Foundation Collapsed
The Daily Caller
The
Foundation is an influence-peddling scheme, and the Clintons’ influence
has waned. Even Obama understood the scheme. When President Obama nominated
Hillary Clinton in 2009 to serve as secretary of state, she agreed to a
strict memorandum of understanding to wall off the Foundation
from conflicts of interest with the State Department. As Judicial Watch
uncovered, the Clinton team immediately violated this
agreement by using the Clinton State Department to help Clinton
Foundation donors.
