President Biden signed the bipartisan infrastructure package into law, which will create jobs that cannot be shipped abroad, and includes a long list of benefits for Ohio.


Funding to repair and replace bridges throughout the state -- 3,200 Ohio bridges are eligible, including the Brent Spence bridge
Expands broadband to at least 259,000 Ohioans who don’t have access
Includes the strongest Buy America rules ever -- to ensure these projects use American materials made by American workers
Helps communities expand bus and rail service, and transition to pollution-free buses
Supports Great Lakes restoration

Sherrod introduced a bill that would strengthen our country’s supply chain with support for small- to medium-sized manufacturers to expand production in the U.S. and reduce our reliance on long supply chains abroad that are causing delays and raising material costs.
