Candidate Filing Delayed...for a Few Hours
Today a state Court of Appeals panel granted our bid to delay candidate filing in our lawsuit against the General Assembly's gerrymandered maps...and in the evening the full court abandoned that stay. Now the Supreme Court may take up the case directly.
