Politico just reported that over the weekend Donald Trump and Madison Cawthorn convened a meeting at Mar-a-Lago focused on making sure their hand-picked candidate Ted Budd wins this Senate race.

They’re desperate to make sure their preferred far-right candidate wins this seat, and they have made clear they will do anything it takes to stop us.

Madison Cawthorn presented his own “Plan for North Carolina” about how they can install far-right candidates all across North Carolina, and it all hinges on our Senate race.

But Cheri Beasley and our grassroots movement can stop them. We must. We cannot allow a Donald Trump and Madison Cawthorn acolyte to win this seat and rubber stamp their radical, hateful agenda.
