$1.5 Million Opportunity to Transform America

Dear John,

Thank you! So many friends of FRC like you generously responded last week that we not only met but exceeded our $100,000 #GivingTuesday goal -- receiving over $130,000 in donations.

Be encouraged, your support is making a difference in our nation!

As you know, we are living in unprecedented times. People of faith are experiencing rising animus and persecution.

There's a reason I end my emails and letters to you with Ephesians 6:13, where the apostle Paul exhorts the church "to stand firm." Today, when we find ourselves facing evil policies that significantly impact life, family, and religious freedom, we must remember that it is in God alone that we find the strength to stand.

As Christians, we are to pray, vote our values, and stand for biblical truth, but our allegiance is not to a political leader, party, or cause -- it is to Jesus Christ.

At Family Research Council, our calling is to engage the culture in the public square from a biblical worldview.

But with the 2022 midterm elections quickly approaching, the radical Left is working overtime with special interest groups (Planned Parenthood, Human Rights Campaign, Emily's List, etc.) and their allies in the media to sway public opinion in support of progressive, big-government policies and silence those who advocate for truth.

Our shared values face many challenges in the year ahead.

The time is NOW to engage our communities and stand for faith, family, and freedom.

To accomplish our mission, we must raise $3 Million by December 31st to finish this year strong as we proactively plan to seize new opportunities in 2022.

That's why generous friends of FRC have offered a $1.5 Million Challenge Grant to double the impact of your gift today!

Will you rise to this occasion with FRC?

DOUBLE MY GIFT NOW

Your vital year-end support will enable FRC to reach millions of Americans through broadcasts like our first Pray Vote Stand Summit (which builds upon the 15-year success of Values Voter Summit) held in October at Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg, Virginia.

We chose a church location for the summit because the Church is uniquely positioned to engage our culture and vote for biblical values. But it starts with prayer!

Gary Hamrick, the senior pastor of Cornerstone Chapel, said on Washington Watch, "It's important for the church to step up, wake up, and get engaged. Our prayer is that Christians will rise to the occasion and make a difference in our culture."

Gary isn't commenting from the sidelines, either. Cornerstone Chapel, located in Loudoun County, has found itself at the epicenter of one of the nation's biggest battles against a proposed public school transgender policy.

Tanner Cross, a Loudoun County educator and member of Cornerstone, rose to the occasion when he stood before the local school board and advocated on behalf of his students and his own religious freedom against the harmful policy. "I will not affirm that a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa because it is against my religion. It's lying to a child. It's abuse to a child. And it's sinning against our God."

He credited his bold stance to Pastor Hamrick's encouragement from the pulpit for Christians to "take back our schools."

As Christians, we are called to honor God in everything that we do. That includes how we interact with our local communities and our government.

It's critical that believers become more engaged, because the radical Left's attacks on biblical values are relentless.

Will you partner with FRC to equip more Americans to raise their voices and protect religious freedom?

DOUBLE MY IMPACT

Engaging a culture that is increasingly hostile to biblical truth can be overwhelming and discouraging. But Jesus encourages us that whoever obeys His Word will be "like a wise man who built his house on the rock." (Matthew 7:24)

As Christians we ought to be politically engaged but we must know how to do so in a manner consistent with a biblical worldview.

That's why FRC produces and distributes resources like our Biblical Principles for Political Engagement booklet that examines God's Word and explores the divinely-instituted role of government.

I also encourage you to sign-up now to join us in January for our Stand on the Word Two-Year Bible Reading Plan, because standing for truth starts with the firm foundation of Scripture, which can never be torn down or moved!

John, we cannot retreat while the far Left pushes a radical liberal agenda. We must become informed and engaged citizens.

Please prayerfully consider a vital year-end donation to keep FRC standing strong on your behalf here in Washington, D.C. and across the nation.

Thank you for standing with us in these days of great challenge and opportunity.
