The right is fighting to take away a person’s constitutional right to an abortion. We can’t have Democrats standing with them.

Justice Democrats

John,

As Supreme Court justices consider Mississippi’s restrictive abortion laws, the future of abortion access in this country remains uncertain. For years, conservatives have fought to take away a person’s constitutionally protected right to an abortion. And we can’t have a single Democrat joining that fight.

In 2020, Justice Democrat Marie Newman defeated anti-choice Democrat Dan Lipinski. And now, we’re backing Jessica Cisneros in her primary against Henry Cuellar — the only Democrat who voted against codifying Roe v. Wade into law.

No Democrat should oppose the right to reproductive health care. That’s why we challenged Lipinski in 2020, and why, with your help, we’ll defeat Cuellar. If you agree that we need to retire anti-choice Democrats, will you chip in $3 to help fuel our fight? Early voting to defeat Cuellar starts in less than 70 days!

Retire anti-choice Democrats

Defeating anti-choice Democrats like Lipinski and Cuellar is crucial, but with the raging attacks on abortion access — it’s not enough.

As soon as Democrats took control of the Senate and President Biden took office, we’ve said that Democrats must end the filibuster, pass legislation to protect the right to safe and accessible abortion, and expand the Supreme Court. But Democrats have let the status quo continue, and we’re seeing the consequences right now.

We’re fighting to elect Democrats who will not only say they support a person’s right to an abortion — but will take bold and immediate action to back it up. Can you chip in $3 to power the campaigns to defeat Cuellar and the corporate Democrats that have failed to protect abortion rights?
