Much of the diversity training today starts with the idea that there is no unity. There is only brokenness. There is no room for discussion of differences or understanding, no need, or allowance, for different views. Changing the external will never change the heart of a man or woman. What must change is the human heart. Who can erase all the hurt, anger, and harm that so many have experienced or even caused? |
